Student Immunization Requirements for School Entry
MMR 2 Shots & Hepatitis B Series of 3 shots
All Kindergarten through 6th grade students need these shots for entry into school, in addition to the previously required DTP, Polio.
Fall 2007 Requirements for the Varicella or Chicken Pox Vaccine. This vaccine is required for pre school, kindergarten, first grade, second grade and 7th grade unless there is documentation or history of the disease.
Hepatitis A Series of 2 shots required for all pre schoolers.

Have fun in the sun but be safe! The sun is strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.; minimize exposure to the sun during these hours. Don't forget to use sunscreen with a SPF of 15 or more about 30 minutes before going outside and every two hours after that. Reapply immediately after swimming.
